Terrazzine® is "Internally plasticized" to do a better job of filling the porosity of the floor, providing a smooth base for floor polish. Zinc-free, transparent, fast drying seal/undercoater formulated for porous masonry floors like terrazzo and Saltillo tile. It can be applied to masonry floors 50 degrees F or higher. Average coverage of 1000-1500 square feet per gallon.
